Data Analyst – Product and Marketing

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will analyze customer and business data, derive concrete action recommendations, and develop data products and self-service analytics. You will work closely with stakeholders from marketing, sales, finance, and product management to address relevant questions.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include analyzing complex data, preparing and presenting analyses, and developing data-based decision-making foundations. You will also work on developing existing data products, evaluations, and analysis methods.

This role requires a fact-checker with a structured working method and conceptual ability. You will need to have a basic understanding of data modeling methods and modern cloud data platforms, as well as experience with analytics and BI tools.

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, data science, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in working with databases and processing large data volumes, ideally in the telecommunications sector
• Basic understanding of data modeling methods and modern cloud data platforms
• Safe handling of Snowflake, dbt, or similar technologies, as well as very good knowledge of SQL
• Experience with analytics and BI tools, ideally Excel, Qlik Sense, or similar solutions
• Well-developed business understanding and experience in deriving concrete action recommendations from analytical results
• Fact-checker with structured working method and conceptual ability
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
