Role Overview
The Staff Sales Operations Analyst role operates under the umbrella of the Global Sales Operations, supporting Dexcom’s field sales. The primary responsibility of the role is enabling the business to achieve efficiency and optimization with regards to Dexcom’s Commercial Platforms. The role will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and Marketing, as well as global partners, to define requirements, manage initiatives from planning through execution, communicate progress, and deliver timely, successful outcomes.
What You Will Do
Provide hands-on support for Dexcom’s Commercial Platforms, primarily Veeva Vault CRM, ensuring systems operate effectively and align with business needs. Lead workshops, listening sessions, and user feedback forums to identify opportunities for process improvement, increased efficiency, and better user experience. Drive timely execution of CRM initiatives and projects from discovery and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

- Strong attention to quality, accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity across system support, project execution, documentation, and ongoing operational processes
- Proven success translating business needs into clear requirements, actionable plans, and well-executed CRM enhancements or technology initiatives
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build consensus, lead discussions, and support stakeholders across functions, regions, and seniority levels
