Role Overview

The Lead has a direct impact on both the execution of brand standards as well as the teammate experience. They are the in-store expert of their business / department, focused on delivering the best service to customers and providing direction to teammates.

What You Will Do

Supports building and hiring a strong team, builds a people-first culture, plans and organizes daily assignments, and upholds company merchandising and presentation standards.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Prior retail sales experience is preferred, and the ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 35 lbs. items repetitively is required.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability
  • Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience)
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively
  • Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
  • Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
