Role Overview

This position works with the A.D. STARR sales and merchandising teams to provide routine day-to-day operations and administrative support for the business.

What You Will Do

Write purchase orders, follow up with vendors, plan workload details, use Excel spreadsheets, create art for production, decorate apparel, and track order progress.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in data and order entry, report generation, and a working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in data and order entry, report generation
  • Ability to maintain deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Effective communication skills
  • Analytical abilities
  • Strong computer/systems skills
  • Effective multi-tasking skills
