Creator Growth Manager – E-Commerce

Role Overview

The Creator Growth Manager – E-Commerce will systematically grow our creator community from 100 to 1,000 active creators, scout new talent, train and develop creators, and monitor output qualitatively and quantitatively.

What You Will Do

The role involves scouting new creative talent, training and developing creators, creating clear briefings, monitoring output, working with the performance marketing team, and identifying content with potential for scaling.

Requirements

• Experience building or managing creator, influencer, or community networks
• Understanding of the difference between traditional affiliate marketing and an actively cultivated creator community
• Motivation, development, and guidance of people with clear briefings
• Keen eye for content quality and ability to identify performing content
• Structured work manner and ability to maintain a clear overview
• Excellent German and English skills
• Confidence using digital tools (e.g., Google Drive, Slack, project management software)
