Senior GTM Engineer

Role Overview

The Senior GTM Engineer will own the project work that moves the GTM stack forward, taking on tier 2 escalations and project work, and working with the Technical Program Manager on scoped initiatives.

What You Will Do

Deliver project work across the GTM stack, handle tier 2 escalations, build and maintain integrations and data flows, and build AI-powered workflows.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience administering and building on GTM/business systems, with real depth in Salesforce and hands-on experience in at least two other GTM tool categories.

Requirements

• 5+ years administering and building on GTM/business systems
• real depth in Salesforce (flows, data model, permissions, deployments)
• hands-on experience in at least two other GTM tool categories
• delivery record: projects you owned end to end
• integration experience: built and debugged real integrations via iPaaS tools and/or APIs
• hands-on experience (or strong demonstrated interest) applying AI to systems work
• data fluency: comfortable with SQL and warehouse concepts
• root-cause discipline: fix the class of problem, not the instance
• strong stakeholder skills: communicate progress and tradeoffs clearly
• familiarity with code (Apex, Python, or JavaScript)
