Lead Product Commercial Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Lead Product Commercial Marketing Manager is a strategic, career-oriented professional responsible for developing and executing integrated go-to-market strategies that drive gross adds, reduce churn, improve customer engagement, and grow ARPU.

What You Will Do

Lead the development and execution of integrated product marketing campaigns across multiple channels, establish product positioning and messaging strategies, and develop testing roadmaps to continuously optimize messaging, offers, and channel mix.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms and fundamentals (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, Marketo).
• Strong working knowledge of analytics platforms and ability to translate data into strategic insight (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau).
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership.
• Experience with customer segmentation, targeting, and testing methodologies (A/B/multivariate testing).
