Field Marketing Lead, Digital and Data Solutions

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced manager to shape and lead our Field Marketing Communications function. As part of DNV’s Digital and Data Solutions business within Energy Systems, you will join a high-performing marketing communications (marcom) organization of 30 professionals supporting a broad portfolio of software, data and digital solutions for the energy sector.

What You Will Do

Leading a geographically distributed team across Asia, Americas and EMEA, you will be responsible for translating business priorities into regional go-to-market activities, enabling sales growth, strengthening customer relationships and ensuring a consistent DNV brand experience worldwide.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing communications
• Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
