Join the sales team of a leading homebuilder as a sales associate to manage sales and marketing initiatives, responding to leads, qualifying customers, and providing follow-up.

What You Will Do

Respond to email and phone leads, qualify leads, provide consistent follow-up, provide information, work with prospects to determine the best community and floor plan, and track lead activity.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The role requires a superstar on the phone, a wizard with email communication, and comfort using computer programs. Previous new home sales experience is not required.

Requirements

• Two years of customer service experience
• Customer focused and personable
• Proven email and phone communication skills
• Sales contact management database experience
• Solid organizational, planning and managing skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time well
• Must be able to learn and follow proven sales process
