We’re looking for a Head of GTM & Demand Generation to build a consistent and effective pipeline of leads targeting HR and People leaders, insurers, and employee benefits providers. The role involves owning lead generation end-to-end, exploring all routes to market, and developing compelling content and copy to drive growth.
Requirements
- Map the buying committee and decision process for insurers, PMIs, benefit providers, large employers and SMEs
- Develop compelling content, copy and design and launch razor sharp positioning and messaging by segment
- Develop repeatable lead gen channels and activities
- Generate qualified leads and meetings for the Sales team
- Build and optimize the lead nurture infrastructure
- Create the sales assets needed to close deals
- Present monthly plans in a clear, concise way and report each activity’s effectiveness
