Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will identify, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. You will set up meetings/demos for the Account Executives & BDMs, maintain accurate records of activities and interactions in CRM, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by building a strong pipeline.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying leads, setting up meetings and demos, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any stream)
  • Preference for candidates with a basic understanding of Accounting & Finance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Hindi required; Gujarati will be an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Stable mindset – looking for candidates serious about building a career in Sales
