What You Will Do
Collaborate with District Managers, ensure new sales staff receive thorough training, and review daily sales activity to assess and enhance performance.

Must possess strong reasoning and decision-making skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be willing to travel regularly throughout the region.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in pest control sales and/or service
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with 3 or fewer chargeable violations in the past 3 years
