Senior Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Sr. Salesforce Developers to support Service Cloud enhancements and ongoing Salesforce development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience and be able to work closely with business and technical teams.

What You Will Do

Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications and features, troubleshoot production issues, and provide technical support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Triggers, Classes, and SOQL
• Experience with Salesforce Flows and configuration/customization
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs
• Good understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and sharing rules
• Experience with deployment tools such as SFDX, Git, or Copado
