Requirements

• Experience in revenue operations, billing, insurance operations, or business/data analytics
• Strong command of SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and advanced revenue analytics
• Highly proficient in advanced spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and BI tools
• Autonomy & Drive: Extreme ownership mentality, proactive self-starter
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with US revenue cycle management (RCM) concepts
• Systems Experience: Experience working with modern billing platforms, CRM systems, or practice management systems
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and high comfort level with complex financial data reconciliation
• Communication: Ability to communicate complex data clearly with clinical, technical, and non-technical stakeholders across different geographies
