The Global Director – Key Account Management – Retail will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with key clients across the globe, focusing on client retention, expansion, and delivering top-notch logistics solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Solid experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in global key account management, with demonstrated client retention and growth success in the Retail vertical.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Excel, logistics software).
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
