Role Overview

The Financial Analyst partners with business leaders to improve operating-expense visibility, capital allocation, and corporate risk management.

Deliver analysis, forecasting, reporting, and recommendations that support disciplined spending, sound investment decisions, and profitable growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, cost analysis, or operations finance.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, operating-expense management, financial statements, and capital investment analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, pivot tables, lookups, and data organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and build effective cross-functional relationships.
• Demonstrated ownership, sound judgment, curiosity, and integrity.
