Role Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the division sales team to achieve sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction objectives. This position oversees sales operations, coaching, training, performance management, and execution of sales strategies across assigned communities.

What You Will Do

Direct the daily activities of Sales Representatives, monitor community sales performance, coach and develop sales personnel, implement sales strategies, and evaluate sales metrics.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of residential homebuilding sales experience, 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, and strong computer skills. They will be able to manage sales performance metrics, forecast, and develop employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of residential homebuilding sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a sales environment
  • Experience managing sales performance metrics, forecasting, and employee development
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between communities as needed
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
