Senior Associate, Revenue Operations

Role Overview

As a Senior Associate, Revenue Operations, you’ll help turn promotion plans into well-executed programs that drive our Lottery business forward. You’ll coordinate launches from build through completion, bringing together timelines, offer requirements, customer communications, and performance data to keep programs on track.

What You Will Do

You’ll execute approved programs, configure approved offers, maintain the operating calendar, partner with CRM and Marketing teams, monitor live programs, track and report key revenue and sales metrics, and document and improve repeatable processes.

You’ll bring at least 2 years of experience in revenue operations, campaign operations, growth, marketing operations, analytics, or a related field, and experience in lottery, gaming, or another regulated consumer business is a plus.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in revenue operations, campaign operations, growth, marketing operations, analytics, or a related field
• Experience in lottery, gaming, or another regulated consumer business is a plus
• Experience coordinating campaigns, promotions, game launches, or comparable operational workflows from setup through completion
• Strong attention to detail when working with numerical data, timelines, customer audiences, terms, and launch requirements
• Experience using reporting and data to monitor performance, investigate unexpected results, and identify issues that require escalation
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple timelines, priorities, and stakeholders while maintaining accuracy
• Comfort working with business intelligence, spreadsheet, workflow, or data activation tools to support execution, monitoring, and reporting
