Lead a global recruiting team supporting the Go To Market and G&A organizations, partnering closely with business and talent teams to identify, attract, and hire top talent.

Inspire and grow a team of Talent Acquisition partners, partner with business stakeholders, and leverage AI-powered tools to improve recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of high performing recruiters
- Natural curiosity
- Experience in a SAAS environment
- AI exposure and the curiosity to try new approaches
- Strong partnership and relationship building rooted in trust and delivery
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
