DuBois Chemicals is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to bridge the gap between the company’s technical paper and pulp product offerings and its customers’ needs, ensuring operational challenges are clearly defined and solutions are implemented to improve the customer’s operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience with Paper and Pulp specialty chemical solutions, technical support, and account management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to solve customers’ technical challenges and assist with improvement process
- Goal-oriented and initiative-taking approach to seeking new business
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in performing technical/mechanical on-site testing
- Excellent communication (oral, written) and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and analytical tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel up to 25% including overnight travel
