Role Overview

The Senior Director, GTM Lead of Professional Services (P&C) is a senior sales role responsible for driving professional services revenue within assigned areas of focus at Duck Creek Technologies. The role sells to new and existing enterprise insurance customers and follows current sales practices, tools, and methodologies to build pipeline, improve conversion, and forecast accurately.

What You Will Do

The Senior Director, GTM Lead of Professional Services (P&C) will own professional services revenue targets for assigned areas of focus, work with Professional Services leadership to position current service offerings effectively in the P&C market, and partner closely with software sales account teams to bring services into deals early.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 12+ years of progressive experience in P&C insurance enterprise services sales and architecture, solution design, or technical leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams
