Service Sales Manager

Role Overview

The Service Sales Manager is responsible for selling UPS Services and Thermal services in Idaho and Eastern Oregon to assigned end user accounts and property managers. This role involves budgeting, configuring, quoting, negotiating, and closing accounts. The position is supported with internal engineering and administrative support.

What You Will Do

Responsible for the customer account list and is an expert in knowledge of territory, accounts (end users), electrical contractors, mechanical and general contractors established in the area. Seeking out new Thermal Service opportunities in Idaho and Eastern Oregon including installation base, warranty, upgrades, turnkey replacement solutions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ability to work with existing end users, develop and manage business relationships with property managers and property management companies for service opportunities, and effectively manage Thermal Sales projects that include both products and services in a profitable and efficient manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required. BS degree preferred
• 5 years of relevant commercial industry service sales experience and/or technical sales experience
• Knowledge and experience with design/build, installation, services, and application of similar products.
• Proven customer service skills
• High level of the MS Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Valid Driver’s License required to visit customer sites
