We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Sales team as an individual contributor, directly impacting revenue growth through ownership of sales opportunities and customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with full-cycle ownership
- Proven ability to independently manage pipeline and close deals
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity
