EarthOptics is a growing company with a passion for soil health and innovative technologies. We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Sales team as an individual contributor, directly impacting revenue growth through ownership of sales opportunities and customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with full-cycle ownership
  • Proven ability to independently manage pipeline and close deals
  • Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity
