Role Overview
The Customer Experience Education Manager will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving the customer and user experience of Educabot, accompanying the adoption processes of the different products and solutions, and ensuring a clear, consistent, and aligned experience with the organization’s pedagogical and technological proposal.
What You Will Do
Implementing the Customer Experience Educational Strategy, accompanying institutional clients in the use and adoption of Educabot solutions, working with various areas to ensure coherent and efficient user journeys, and detecting friction points and opportunities for improvement.
