Establish Ebury’s operations in Hamburg as a Head of Desk, leading a sales team and developing sales strategies. The role involves coaching and mentoring team members, developing their skills, and helping them progress in their careers. The ideal candidate has a track record of sales management within the German market, preferably in FX or other cross-border financial services.
What You Will Do
Lead a sales team, develop sales strategies, pitch and close deals, manage customer relationships, provide forecasting, implement regional sales programs, and ensure adherence to company-wide sales methodology and processes.
