Role Overview

Join Ecolab’s sales team as a Regional Street Sales Manager, leading a team of 12–14 Street Sales Development Managers to drive competitive gain business. Partner with Field Sales teams to grow and retain Street Agreement business. Accountable for driving new street gain, delivering pricing results, and executing National Street Initiatives.

What You Will Do

Recruit, develop, engage, and retain a diverse, high-performing sales team. Lead regional new-business sales growth and deliver short- and long-term financial results. Set clear team and individual objectives and hold teams accountable for results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years foodservice, hospitality, or related industry sales experience
  • Prior experience managing a sales team
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
