Role Overview
EdSights is looking for a Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing to shape and own a new kind of demand generation program. The role involves building EdSights’ growth marketing engine, determining which channels to bet on, designing and launching experiments, and building a repeatable system that scales qualified pipeline and revenue in close partnership with Sales and RevOps.
What You Will Do
Build and scale a multi-channel demand engine, experiment across owned channels, paid and organic social, search, industry partnerships, ABM tactics, and emerging channels to find what drives repeatable pipeline, analyze campaign performance data to double down on what’s working and quickly deprioritize what’s not, and turn marketing activity into Sales-ready pipeline.

They will have 4-6+ years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably at a growth-stage, sales-led SaaS company, and a proven track record of building and scaling campaigns that directly source pipeline and revenue.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of B2B demand generation experience
- Strong POV on how the market landscape is changing
- Data-driven & operationally rigorous
- Proven track record of building and scaling campaigns that directly source pipeline and revenue
- Deep experience collaborating with Sales to fuel growth as a coordinated GTM team
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems, ideally HubSpot and Salesforce
