Role Overview

The Customer Operations Analyst serves as a trusted advisor to customers and internally across TI, providing insightful guidance and holistic accountability for account health. They oversee the order-to-cash cycle, guaranteeing a great customer experience throughout the order fulfillment process.

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of customer supply chain processes, building relationships with internal groups, and advocating for customers’ needs internally. They also provide regular updates on account status, monitor customer and order fulfillment metrics, and represent TI in customer meetings.

Requirements

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the customer’s supply chain process, ordering methods, business model, and market sector

  • Advocate on customers’ behalf by effectively articulating customers’ needs internally
  • Monitor various customer and order fulfillment metrics, analytics, and reporting
  • Represent TI and support Sales in various customer meetings and negotiations
