Role Overview
Support site leadership as a high-impact business partner, responsible for orchestrating disciplined capital management strategies, governing strict financial compliance, and driving cost competitiveness.
What You Will Do
Lead financial oversight of capital investments, ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures, provide strategic recommendations to VP and SVP-level management, and collaborate with finance, accounting, tax, manufacturing, and facilities leadership teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis

- Ability to communicate complex financial data to stakeholders
- Experience with financial planning and analysis software
