Area Sales Manager for Roofing Industry / Polycarbonate Sheet required

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen our dealer/distributor network.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and expand the customer base.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of relevant sales experience
• Experience in Roofing Sheets, Polycarbonate Sheets, PEB, Building Materials, Construction Materials, or related industries will be preferred
• Strong understanding of the local market and established dealer/distributor network
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in B2B sales and channel/dealer sales preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
• Ability to independently manage a territory and sales pipeline
• Strong follow-up and collection skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
