Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will shape customer growth, acquire new customers, and build long-term relationships. You will work 100% remotely or on-site in our office.

Requirements

  • Customer Acquisition: Active telephone new customer acquisition (cold calling)
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Consulting: Conducting needs analyses and presenting our services
  • Strategy Development: Participating in the development of sales strategies
  • Sales Competence: Demonstrable success in new customer acquisition and relationship management
  • Communication Strength: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct market analyses and make data-based decisions
  • Self-Motivation: High self-motivation and the talent to deliver results
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with various departments
