Role Overview

As a Sr. Marketing Operations Associate, you will be a pivotal member of the Customer Experience team, ensuring marketing content is effective and meets the highest standards of accuracy and integrity. You will be accountable for the end-to-end project management of our promotional material review process across both Pet Health and Farm Animal business units.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include owning and managing the end-to-end project management of Technical, Legal, and Regulatory (TLR) review process for all promotional materials, enforcing TLR submission standards, and managing all key communications with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, process design, or compliance within a regulated environment
  • Demonstrated expertise and primary ownership of complex business processes
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • A curious and innovative spirit, driven to solve problems and establish process
