Role Overview
The Growth Strategy team is responsible for defining how Healthcare Elise AI products are positioned, understood, and valued in the market. The role involves owning high-impact projects end-to-end, taking products and capabilities from undefined to sharply positioned, and building and executing go-to-market programs.
What You Will Do
Develop positioning and messaging for product capabilities, architect automated customer engagement programs, build enablement materials for major launches, and dig into performance data to sharpen approach.

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy & operations, growth, or a generalist role at a high-growth startup
- analytical rigor, technical fluency, and executional intensity
- ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear plans and execute them independently
- precision in communication, whether writing a product narrative, building a deck, or presenting to executives
- comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
- ability to build relationships across functions and influence without authority
