Role Overview
Join Embat as a Founding Account Executive to help shape the sales strategy in the DACH region. You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and founders to define how Embat grows commercially in Germany. Embat is a fast-growing startup with a strong product-market fit and existing traction in the DACH region.
What You Will Do
Run full sales cycles from first conversation to close, selling to CFOs, Finance Directors, and Treasurers. Lead consultative discovery, navigate complex buying processes, and collaborate with SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Implementation to deliver a strong customer experience.

Requirements
- 2–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into finance teams, ERP, accounting, or related software
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new business, especially in growing or less mature markets
- Fluent in German, confident and professional in English
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communicator, and team player
