Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Lead to drive growth across the USA, LATAM, and CIS markets. In this hands-on role, you will own go-to-market strategies, customer acquisition, and marketing performance, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for mining products, drive customer acquisition and lead generation, identify and scale new growth channels, and lead marketing launches for new mining products and features.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing
- Experience in crypto, Bitcoin mining, fintech, or hardware/infrastructure-related industries
- Proven track record in performance marketing, demand generation, and customer acquisition
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion funnels, attribution, and marketing dashboards
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies across international markets
- Ability to identify growth opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
