Role Overview

As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be part of the Nordics Global Sales team, responsible for developing and maintaining direct customer contacts and relationships in Central Sweden and Norway. You will work towards delivering the company’s growth targets by selling and promoting products, services, concepts, and solutions offered by the Measurement Solutions Business Unit.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include promoting products and services, visiting key accounts and prospects, understanding customer drivers, preparing annual booking budgets, submitting call plans and reports, and liaising with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Technical degree, or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales / business development experience in a commercial role
  • Exposure to industrial automation environment (e.g. chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, power, life science, refining), with a good technical understanding (ideally measuring instrumentation)
  • CRM & MS Office tools
  • Proficiency in English and Norwegian language
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time in the country and regionally
  • Driver’s license
