Emperor is a leading, full service corporate communications agency seeking an Account Manager to support day-to-day client communication, project delivery, and account growth.
Requirements
- Support day-to-day client communication, ensuring clear, proactive updates and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Assist in the delivery of projects across multiple communication disciplines, ensuring that client needs and expectations are met effectively.
- Build trust with clients by being reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented, contributing to a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with more senior team members to develop and manage timelines, budgets, and project plans to ensure efficient project execution.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and a high-quality client experience.
- Support senior team members in managing day-to-day client requests, escalating when necessary to ensure client needs are met on time.
- Assist with developing and maintaining client project documentation, including agendas, contact reports, and timelines.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, helping to coordinate resources and resolve any issues that arise during the delivery process.
- Assist in preparing client proposals, cost estimates, and project plans under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help track and report on the performance of client campaigns, ensuring key deliverables are met and performance is documented accurately.
- Support the identification of new opportunities within existing client accounts, providing assistance in developing strategies for account growth.
