Role Overview

As a commercial stability engineer, you combine technical expertise with a strong commercial mindset. You work on challenging stability studies for various projects and take an active role in customer contacts, project development, and identifying commercial opportunities.

What You Will Do

Design, calculate, and optimize stability concepts for various projects. Advise architects, customers, and partners on structural and cost-effective solutions. Collaborate on technical and economic optimizations within projects. Develop stability files, technical notes, and project documentation.

You will contribute to the commercial strategy and positioning of the stability department. You will work together in multidisciplinary project teams and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in civil or industrial engineering, or equivalent through experience
  • Experience with stability studies for medium-sized or large projects
  • Interest in commercial contacts, customer advice, and project development
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical matters
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience with relevant calculation software and BIM/Revit is a plus
