Role Overview

The Head of Partnerships and Affiliate Marketing will act as both a strategist and an operator, turning big-picture partnership opportunities into scalable marketing programs. They will be accountable for driving business impact through partner-led initiatives that generate high-quality leads and strengthen our position in the consumer lending space.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include owning a portfolio of 20+ strategic partnerships, monitoring and analyzing weekly performance of partnership marketing efforts, and providing reporting insights and data-driven recommendations to marketing leadership and other key executives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing
• 3+ years of management experience
• 5 years of experience managing external partner relationships and launching co-marketing programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other business-related/quantitative fields of study
