Customer Service Specialist – Export Sales Operations – Spanish and English

Role Overview

As a key member of the Customer Service Team, you will play an integral part in supporting the various business units of our International direct markets. You’ll coordinate shipments, resolve customer and sales inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

What You Will Do

Manage and respond to order-related inquiries from customers and sales teams, coordinate with Distribution Centers and freight forwarders for timely shipments, resolve complex order and delivery issues in collaboration with internal teams, and monitor shipments, backlogs, and update stakeholders on delivery status.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives
• Must be legally eligible to work in EU and able to travel internationally
• Fully bi-lingual English and Spanish native or fluency (C2 min)
• Must be available for fixed hourly shifts to support teams across POR/US time zones (11-20 WEST/05-14 CDT)
• Previous experience working in an export or international trade environment
• Basic understanding of export documentation, including the purpose and use of key documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping/customs documentation and ensure the relevant information is provided for international shipments
• Basic knowledge of Incoterms and how they are applied in international trade
