Role Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating top-of-funnel activity through proactive outreach and lead qualification. This role focuses on initiating conversations with prospective institutional partners, executing strategic outreach plans, and scheduling qualified discovery meetings for senior sales leadership.
What You Will Do
Consistently meet or exceed outreach and meeting-setting metrics, generate a steady pipeline of qualified discovery meetings, and advance prospective institutions through the early stages of the client development pyramid.

Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or outreach-focused roles

- Curiosity and coachability, with interest in higher education enrollment strategy
