Seasonal Customer Experience Representative

Role Overview

The Seasonal Customer Experience Representative will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process. This position is seasonal and employment will start no earlier than November 1, 2026 and end on or before April 30, 2027.

What You Will Do

Meet and greet customers, provide customer service, answer incoming calls, place outgoing calls, assist with vehicle assessments, and notify management of customer and vehicle problems.

Must be available to work one of the schedules below, willing to accept $20.73/hour, and authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be willing to accept $20.73/hour
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
