Envision Employment Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Service Account Manager to monetize the installed base of EV charger clients into recurring revenue streams.
Requirements
- Manage and develop relationships with existing EV charging customers to maximize long-term customer value.
- Drive recurring revenue growth by converting installed customers into maintenance agreements, service contracts, software subscriptions, and other value-added offerings.
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities, including charger upgrades, expanded capacity, smart charging features, software enhancements, and system integrations.
- Promote customer retention and loyalty by ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the lifecycle of the installation.
- Collaborate closely with service, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of contracted services and customer support.
- Monitor customer performance, usage patterns, and service needs to proactively identify opportunities for account growth and contract renewals.
- Maintain regular engagement with customers to strengthen relationships, address concerns, and increase adoption of additional products and services.
