Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent brand presence, creating and implementing an annual marketing plan, and planning and controlling marketing and media budgets. The role requires a strong understanding of the hotel, congress, and event industry, as well as experience in budget planning, campaign management, and collaboration with agencies.

What You Will Do

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and coordinating with the PR Manager to plan and execute print, online, and media advertising. The role also involves supporting sales, convention, and event teams, and attending customer events.

Requirements

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Hotellerie, Tourismus oder Eventmanagement
• Mehrjährige Marketing-Erfahrung, idealerweise in einem Hotel, Congress Center oder einer Eventlocation
• Sehr gutes Verständnis für die Hotel-, Kongress- oder Eventbranche sowie ihre B2B- und B2C-Zielgruppen
• Erfahrung in Budgetplanung, Kampagnensteuerung und Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen
• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalem Marketing, CMS, E-Mail-Marketing und Reportingtools
