Dealer Sales Manager – Milwaukee WI

Manages a diverse market to drive loan application volume and foster strong dealer partnerships, while ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. Conducts regular dealer visits, analyzes and interprets dealer performance data, and provides in-depth training and coaching to dealership teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, degree preferred
  • 5+ years in auto finance operations
  • Three (3) plus years of successful sales experience, auto experience preferred
  • Strong ability to analyze data, draw valid conclusions, and suggest effective solutions using critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences and respond effectively.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service, including the ability to remain calm and courteous in challenging situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Ability to travel regularly to meet with dealers and attend events, while maintaining a professional appearance to support a positive company image.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must have a current valid driver’s license, with no major incidences on driving record in the past 5 years.
