We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue through increased portal activity, ensuring our SAAS Customers use their portals to their full potential, thereby improving the service for TenderLink Subscribers and their access to current and relevant business opportunities.
Requirements
- Able to drill down to isolate problems customers may be experiencing
- A proven commitment to detail and customer ‘follow through’
- Persuasive communicator – demonstrating well developed oral and written skills
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects across all customer organisational levels
- Experience following a clear process for outreach using different methods (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn), and under pressure
- Able to constantly prioritise activities and make quick decisions based on rational analysis
