Role Overview
The Marketing Director will lead the end-to-end marketing agenda, building the brand, taking products to market, driving pipeline and consumer growth, and shaping how the industry sees Experian. This is a commercially accountable, full-funnel leadership role for a hands-on leader who combines strategic clarity with thoughtful prioritisation.
What You Will Do
The Marketing Director will define and lead the annual and multi-year marketing strategy, aligned to business priorities. They will translate business objectives into one integrated plan across B2B, consumer, digital, communications, and events, with clear priorities, investment choices, and KPIs.

Requirements
- 14–16 years of marketing experience, including senior leadership of marketing teams
- A genuine blend of B2B and B2C/D2C marketing, ideally in organisations that run both models
- A strong track record in B2B product marketing, go-to-market, and lead generation for data, technology, or financial products
- Experience building brand through partnerships, events, and ecosystem collaborations
- Proven ability to deliver results through sharp prioritisation and efficient use of marketing investment
- Strong digital marketing grounding, including social, CRM, and marketing-automation tools
- Experience managing PR and marketing agencies, budgets, and suppliers
