The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing accurate and timely accounting and reporting, while ensuring that the company’s policies are being followed. The position involves consolidating and analyzing the results of Extendicare’s lines of business and preparing reports for internal and external purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting and CPA
- 3-5 years’ experience in finance and/or accounting related role
- Audit experience at a top public accounting firm with Canadian Public company experience an asset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, computer and analytical skills; advanced working knowledge of Excel
- Accounting experience with large-scale Enterprise Reporting systems, knowledge of Workday preferred
