Business Consulting – R2R and FP&A Workstreams Manager

Role Overview

The role involves leading end-to-end R2R and FP&A workstreams, assessing and redesigning operating models, processes, and organizational structures, and developing and delivering transformation initiatives to improve close and reporting effectiveness, planning and forecasting capabilities, governance, and overall finance function performance.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include leading R2R and FP&A workstreams, translating pain points into quantified value cases, managing day-to-day delivery, and coaching and developing staff and seniors.

The ideal candidate will have deep R2R and/or FP&A expertise, Media & Entertainment sector fluency, and experience with technology-enabled finance transformations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design
• Controllership or FP&A operations experience
• Consulting experience strongly preferred
• Proven Media & Entertainment sector experience
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation, and written deliverable skills
