Role Overview
The Sector Sales Leader is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales and origination efforts within a specific sector. Reporting to the Industries & Accounts Sales leader, this individual will spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies, oversee a team of sector sales executives, and serve as the primary liaison between the sales function and sector leadership.
What You Will Do
Lead Sector Sales Team, set sales targets, infuse sales strategy, lead strategic sector pursuits, team leadership and development, personal sales, sector representation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 12-15 + years of experience of success in sales leadership roles
- Extensive experience in the Banking and Capital Markets industry
- Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM tools/software
